The end of Obon week, which means back to daycare and work. As usual things were busy but enjoyable. A family friend visiting from Australia spend time with us, spent time with other friends visiting from Greece, my son got to see Hanabi and got to spend time on the motorcycle touring around Tokyo at night. On the bad side, me and the little one got sick. Other then getting sick Obon went well.
This morning’s bento had a mix of dishes. The chicken, carrot and lotus roots dish was from last night’s dinner. Since I enjoy this dish I will get the recipe so I can make it for dinner. Once she has given it to me I will post for you guys. The wife created the other dishes this morning.
