Well another Christmas has come and gone, and I still have not won the lottery. (Mental note: stop forgetting to purchase the ticket). This morning’s bento was just left over’s from the last two dinners. The wife added my beef stew to the top of rice. I will add the stew’s recipe to the recipe page. The wife boiled some carrots and added my creamy dill mashed potatoes as another side dish.
