Well, it’s Thursday already and these days seem to be flying by so quickly. At least the days have been warm. So last night I made Grilled Chicken with a Sweet Tomato Salsa for dinner. The little one enjoyed the first plate and asked for seconds. Since we had left over chicken, the wife used it for the bento this morning. She also warmed the chicken in a sauce she created. Will tell you tomorrow if the chicken was a hit or miss.
