Since I was not around this morning to take care of the little one the wife kept it simple. She made rice in the rice cooker and mixed in the following, grilled salmon and daikon sprouts(kaiware-daikon). The lumpy white stuff is cauliflower in a white sauce.
Cooking Tip – Cauliflower
If you add teaspoon of milk to the water in which the cauliflower is cooking, the cauliflower will keep its white look.
