We have Ginger Pork alongside scrambled eggs in this morning’s bento. The ginger pork was marinating in the fridge for at least 2 days. I am guessing the wife was going to cook it yesterday but forgot it was in the fridge. The reasons for so many eggs this week is because both I and the wife bought eggs.
That’s life and you just have to make the best of it.
