I hope everyone had a great start to their new year. As for me and the family, we spent New Years at the mother-in-laws place. It’s nice as our son gets to spend time with his grandmother and great grandmother. On top of all that the wife and I got a break from cooking which is relaxing. The holiday’s are over, so things are back to normal.
For the first bento of the New Year we have fried-chicken, fish cakes and curry ham bean sprouts. The wife let the chicken marinade overnight which gave it a wonderful flavour. The wife made so little fried-chicken there is only enough for the bentos.
