Well it’s still hot in this damn country, and the little one is waking up earlier than before as we have to keep the windows open to get a breeze at night. Since we live on a corner lot, we get a lot of sunshine. Great if you want to grow plants, but bad when you want your little one to sleep longer.
As for today’s mother and son’s bentos, it will be fried rice. Why fried-rice you might be asking, well since it’s Friday we have a lot of left over rice from during the week and the best rice to use for making fried rice is cold rice. Plus it’s quick to make.
For the round item, with the centre filled would be fish cakes with melted cheese in the middle. They taste really good. If you look thru the older posts I might have spoken about them already.
